About Me

Firstly, thank you for viewing my work! My name is Ed Vinicombe and I am a graphic/web designer from Worthing, UK. I created Meca Graphics as my portfolio just over two years ago and have recently completed the re-design of this website!

After three years studying BA (Hons) Digital Media at Southampton Solent University I have now started my career working at an award winning web agency in Sussex. My job includes marketing and advertising companies over the web and maximising their business potential.

The Style Of My Work

Over the last four years I have been developing a unique style of colourful, fresh and innovative design work. I am influenced by the places I visit and the people I meet.

I love using a wide range of design programs from Photoshop, Flash, Coda or Dreamweaver and have good knowledge of 3D animation programs like Lightwave and Modeller. My projects have spanned from numerous university projects to my work as a freelancer. I have alot of experience in working with a team and as an individual.

This project to your right was a conceptual design that I did in 2007. This design was featured in 'DesignFlux magazine' in Paris, France as part of their monthly competiton.
